Interpersonal therapy

Interpersonal therapy focuses on the connection between mood and important relationships or life changes. Together, the therapist and client may explore grief, conflict, role transitions or isolation, then practise clearer communication and ways to strengthen support. It is a focused approach that links emotional wellbeing with the person's current social world.
