Tell us what you are exploring. We will start with your context rather than assuming every workplace needs the same arrangement.
Email our teamGood support should be easy to find and safe to use.
Employees do not always need a dramatic intervention. Sometimes they need a private place to make sense of pressure, change, grief, relationships, anxiety, or burnout before it becomes harder to manage.
Therapy England helps organisations create a clear route to qualified support while keeping the employee experience calm, respectful, and separate from performance management.
What we can discuss
Access
How employees find the service, understand their options, and take a first step without unnecessary friction.
Privacy
How to explain confidentiality clearly, including the boundaries that should be understood before support begins.
Fit
What your people need from a support route, and where Therapy England may or may not be the right fit.
Make the route feel human from the first click.
- A plain-English guide employees can share with HR.
- A familiar sign-in route for people who already have an account.
- Clear signposting for urgent or crisis support.
- A private therapy journey that does not become a workplace report.
Start with the questions that matter to your people.
What can an EAP offer employees?
An EAP can give employees a practical route to emotional and mental health support when work or life feels difficult. The right arrangement depends on the organisation and the people it wants to support.
What information comes back to the employer?
Therapy conversations should remain private. Any reporting arrangement should be agreed clearly in advance and use appropriate safeguards and aggregate information rather than personal clinical detail.
How do we start a conversation?
Email enquiry@therapy-england.org or use the enquiry form on this page. Tell us a little about your organisation and what you would like to understand; please do not include personal or clinical information.
Is this an emergency service?
No. Therapy England is not a crisis or emergency service. Workplace materials should signpost urgent and emergency support separately, including 999 and appropriate UK crisis services.
